For Windows Users:
Windows has a built-in tool for managing ZIP files. 

• Locate the file: After downloading, find the ZIP file on your computer. It's usually in your Downloads folder or on your desktop. It will often have a folder icon with a zipper on it.
• Right-click: Right-click directly on the ZIP file's icon. A menu will appear.
• Extract: In the menu, look for and select "Extract All..." 
• Choose a location: A small window will pop up asking where you want the unzipped files to be saved. You can leave the default location or click "Browse..." to choose a specific folder 
• Finish: Click the "Extract" button. A new, regular folder with the same name as the ZIP file will open, and all your downloaded items will be inside! 

For Mac Users

Unzipping files on a Mac is typically even simpler. 

• Locate the file: Find the downloaded ZIP file in your Downloads folder or wherever you saved it.
• Double-click: Simply double-click on the ZIP file.
• Automatic extraction: Your Mac's built-in utility, Archive Utility, will automatically create a new, unzipped folder in the same location as the original ZIP file.
• Access files: You can now open this new folder and access your instant download items.
